This year, we will be honoring Judge Barbara Rothstein, the Director of the Federal Judicial Center.  Judge Rothstein was appointed as a United States District Court Judge for the Western District of Washington in 1980 and served as Chief Judge from 1987 to 1994.  Further details on the program for the luncheon will follow soon.
